Terms of use

1. Service Sppeak provides browser-based two-person calling and, when included in the selected plan, live AI-assisted translation. Translation may contain errors and must not be treated as certified interpretation.

2. Account and access You are responsible for the email account used to access Sppeak and for links you share. Do not use the service to violate law, rights, security or privacy.

3. Plans and billing Paid features, allowances, billing periods and prices are those shown at the time of purchase. Renewals, changes and cancellations follow the state shown in your account and the payment provider checkout.

4. Availability Calls depend on the participants’ devices, networks and third-party infrastructure. When translation is unavailable, the product may keep the direct call connected and clearly report the degraded state.

5. Content and conduct Participants remain responsible for what they say, share or upload. Do not use Sppeak for abuse, fraud, unlawful surveillance or infringement.

7. Translation balance and minute packages Paid plan allowance is refreshed every month, including annual subscriptions, and unused plan minutes do not accumulate. In a two-person room, each minute with translation or Captions on uses one balance minute, also with both on; a call without translation and Captions uses no balance. When the balance runs out, translation and Captions turn off and the call continues. In rooms with more than two people, in beta for enabled organizations, the same rule applies: each minute with translation or Captions uses one balance minute, whatever the number of people, and the call continues when the balance runs out.

Subscribers may buy a 30-minute package for USD 9 in the panel or during a call. It is valid for 12 months and is non-refundable except where required by law. Minutes are consumed in this order: coupon, courtesy grant, plan and package. Without an active subscription, package minutes are frozen; they become available again after resubscription before expiry, while the 12-month validity continues to run.

8. Acceptance and minimum age By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy; by joining a call as a guest, you accept them too. Sppeak records the accepted version and the date. The service is intended for people aged 18 or older: by creating an account or joining a call, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
